Centrifugal shaker vibration system

For example, on a 1200mm rotary vibrating screen, the motor consumes 0.45kw, only equivalent to a computer.

With such low energy consumption, an exciting force of 15,000 Newtons can still be exploded stably, ensuring

Screen tensioning mechanism

The central area of the screen is fixed to improve the screening effect and extend the life of the screen by reducing the vibration of the screen.

Manufacturing accuracy

The higher manufacturing process eliminates the gap between the screen and the screen frame as much as possible to prevent material channeling.

Jump ball clearing system

The jumping ball made of food-grade silicone material has an initial rebound capacity of 70%, which greatly prevents the mesh from being blocked.
