Quality Assurance Officer High Output Straight Screen Machine uses a high-frequency vibration motor as the excitation source, and the material performs three-dimensional rotation on the screen surface. The flour and agglomerates are fully dispersed, quickly pass through the net, and then directly enter the lower silo. Impurities are discharged and play the role of "quality assurance officer " on the production line.
The straight screen is characterized by large screening capacity because the material is discharged directly from the bottom outlet. It is mainly used for filtering out the impurities from the granular powder raw material in flour, starch, washing powder, metal powder, additives, chemical industry, non-mining and other industries. It has large processing capacity and is easy to integrate with the production line. Model diameters range from 600mm to 1500mm.

Working principle

After the material enters the inlet, the motors at both ends of the machine convey a strong excitation force to the screen surface, so that the material does a three-dimensional rotation movement on the screen surface and quickly passes through the screen and is discharged from the discharge port.
