The XFC series is an ultrasonic vibrating screen specially designed for high-precision material screening. It combines intelligent ultrasonic control system (38KHz high frequency) with low-frequency three-dimensional vibration to effectively solve the problems of clogging caused by static electricity, agglomeration and adsorption of materials. The screening accuracy can be improved by 1-100%, and the output can be increased by 1-10 times. Its core advantages include self-cleaning screen mesh, multi-layer configuration (1-5 layers), 304 stainless steel material and quick screen mesh replacement design. The ultrasonic vibration screen converts high-frequency electrical energy into mechanical vibration through transducers. This vibration is superimposed on the high-frequency ultrasonic waves (18KHz - 40KHz) on the sieve mesh, causing the materials to undergo low-amplitude micro-vibration. This effectively decomposes adhered particles and breaks surface tension. The longitudinal wave conduction of ultrasonic waves can prevent sieve holes from getting blocked, improving the screening accuracy and efficiency. It is particularly suitable for the separation and screening of ultrafine powders, high-static electricity and easily agglomerated materials. Compared with traditional vibrating screens, its production capacity can be increased by 1 to 10 times.
