XFTL1200

XFTL-1200  is a screening machine integrating purification, dust removal and silo. The design is made of 304 stainless steel, polished inside and outside, clean and tidy. It is especially suitable for dust treatment when opening small bags and feeding tons of bags.Effectively isolate the contact between materials, dust and related equipment generated in the feeding process and the human body.

Flour is a powder made from wheat. According to the protein content in the flour, it can be divided into high-gluten flour, medium-gluten flour, low-gluten flour and gluten-free flour.

Technical Parameters

After the material enters from the feed port, under the condition of negative pressure of the fan, the dust and powder will be pumped into the silo, one part will automatically settle into the ash hopper, and the other part will be pumped into the filter, thus separating the gas and the material. When the material is piled up, it is blown back with compressed air and then falls into the ash hopper.
