Product Description

The Xianfeng linear screen (XFZ series) is an efficient screening equipment. It is driven by dual vibration motors and generates linear excitation force through synchronous reverse rotation, enabling the materials to jump forward on the screen surface and achieving precise screening. The screening fineness can reach 0.074mm (400 mesh), the processing capacity is 0.1 - 8t/h, and the screening efficiency is 93% - 95%. The equipment has a simple structure, is fully enclosed dust-proof, and supports customization of multiple layers of screen nets (1 - 5 layers). The materials can be selected from carbon steel or 304/316 stainless steel. It is suitable for screening and grading of dry powder materials or particles in industries such as food, medicine, and chemical engineering, especially meeting hygiene and corrosion resistance requirements.
