Working principle

The circular vibrating screen achieves material screening through three-dimensional rotary motion: The motor drives the eccentric mechanism to make the screen box swing along a involute trajectory. The materials form a spiral diffusion motion on the screen surface, and fine particles are separated through the screen mesh while coarse materials are discharged through the discharge port. Its low rotational speed design combines the efficiency of vibrating screen and the stability of drum screen, making it suitable for fine screening and less prone to clogging the screen mesh.
